Job Summary
Lead and resolve complex deduction issues by performing root-cause analysis, identifying systemic drivers, and partnering with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to drive scalable, standardized processes across the organization. Manage a portfolio of customers, validate and recover invalid deductions, translate operational challenges into actionable reporting, and collaborate with offshore analysts to ensure efficient case management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, deliver data-driven insights on deduction trends and cost drivers, and build cross-functional relationships to accelerate resolution and end-to-end process enhancements. Hybrid office environment in Camden, NJ with minimal travel required.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in deduction/dispute management, AR, or order management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in high-volume environments
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence without authority
- Experience collaborating across functions and driving alignment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Attention to detail with strong follow-through to resolution
