Job Summary
Craft and serve signature cocktails, specialty coffee, and tailored non-alcoholic options to VIP guests and official delegations at the USA Pavilion. Set up and run the VIP bar for receptions, delegations, and national-day events to an immaculate standard while managing responsible alcohol service and strict confidentiality. Control bar stock, hygiene, and cash/POS accuracy during high-volume trading and extended hours. Maintain composure and national-pavilion presentation standards throughout the Expo. Requires US citizenship, 2–3 years of premium bar experience, and responsible-service certification.
Required Qualifications
- United States citizenship
- Bartending / barista training or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years in premium bar or VIP service
- Responsible-service and food-hygiene certification
- Strong bartending / mixology and ideally barista skills
- Premium or VIP beverage-service experience
- Excellent presentation, poise and discretion
- Responsible-service knowledge
- Creativity and consistency under pressure
