Dedicated Sales Support Representative

Provide superior customer service to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process and in servicing. Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business. Minimize problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution. Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed. Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. This role supports Connection's mission to guide the connection between people and technology by managing warehouse inventory, software, and cloud solutions. The position operates Monday through Friday with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18.99 to $22.98.
