Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop customized treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions including guided exercise, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment use. Regularly track and document patient progress to modify care plans, while providing education to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on techniques and assistive devices. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize care for diverse populations recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Maintain a flexible schedule Monday through Friday with a structured mentorship program for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in basic computer applications and electronic health records
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
