Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and mobility challenges, tailoring individualized care plans that meet their unique needs. Manage a balanced patient load to ensure personalized attention while implementing evidence-based interventions and manual therapy techniques to restore function. Monitor and document patient progress meticulously using EMR software, particularly Web PT, and design customized fitness and wellness programs alongside tailored exercise regimens. Work in close collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related trauma, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain.
Required Qualifications
- A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- An active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
- Adeptness in manual therapy modalities
- Prior experience in developing and executing successful exercise programs
- Proficiency in EMR software, especially Web PT
- Strong understanding of current best practices in physical therapy

- Experience in a sports medicine environment or with a focus on orthopedic physical therapy
- Background in or willingness to engage in continued education workshops
