Dedicated Onsite Account Manager

Job Summary
Oversee drivers and manage dedicated freight acceptance and assignment for the Church Hill, TN terminal while acting as the direct liaison between customers and Maverick management. Grow business and control costs by maintaining high-level market knowledge of rates, lanes, and dispatch areas, then collaborate with management on strategy for new rates, lanes, or customers. Manage multiple TMS systems daily, develop KPIs to ensure account profitability, and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly standards. Requires a four-year degree, two years of related experience, and two years of management experience. Full-time onsite role with excellent benefits including medical, dental, 401k match, and bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.
- Equivalent to a four-year college degree
- 2 years related experience
- 2 years related management experience
- Ability to multi-task with all of them on a daily basis
- May require overnight travel at times
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Close vision
