Job Summary

Execute weekly service visits across assigned retail locations, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to maintain display functionality. Perform end-to-end installations, display builds, and refreshes while ensuring full compliance with planograms and brand standards. Independently manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs and handle merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment and pricing execution. Accurately document all service activity and insights on time while maintaining trunk stock inventory for efficient repair delivery. Work 19–26 hours weekly Monday through Friday with occasional weekend availability, earning $18.50/hour.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution
  • Experience using basic tools required to maintain displays
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons
  • Experience identifying and resolving electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with store personnel and internal teams
  • Ability to independently manage an assigned account base, prioritize workload, meet SLAs, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on root-cause identification and long-term resolution
  • Advanced troubleshooting, installation, and repair capabilities across hardware, displays, and connected systems
  • Must commit to completing the market area's minimum weekly or special project hours request
  • Able to read POG schematics and wiring diagrams and correctly connect components
  • Must be proficient using your personal Smartphone/Tablet with GPS functionality to upload photos, report assignment data, reference documents while in-store, and schedule visits
  • Ability to drive on behalf of the company in compliance with company guidelines, with access to reliable transportation
  • Must have a basic toolkit
  • A basic toolkit includes a multi-screwdriver, torx security bit set, hammer, cordless drill, allen wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet, socket set, needle nose pliers, precision wire cutters, crescent wrench, easy off, putty knife, microfiber cleaning cloth, and goo gone
  • Travel up to 60 miles with paid drive time and mileage per company policy
  • Willingness and ability to travel for 2–3 days to participate in in-person training
  • Available to work 19-26 hours per week (Based on Market) Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work, if requested, with advanced notice
  • Regularly stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk and/or hear, and drive
  • Always lift and carry supplies into the store up to 10 pounds
  • Regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
  • Occasionally travel via flight or other modes of transportation
