Optimize asset utility by assigning drivers to loads based on freight type, mileage, and availability using telematics and communication tools. Continuously focus on driver training, retention, and turnover reduction while enforcing Werner's safety standards and KPIs. Review weekly invoicing for accuracy, coordinate asset maintenance, and handle HR functions such as hiring and discipline. Monitor performance metrics and participate in customer meetings to ensure service integrity.
