Drive local routes throughout SoCal from the Shafter Distribution Hub with a 100% no-touch freight model featuring 10 to 15 stops per week and empty backhauls. Operate within the 1500–2100 dispatch window while maintaining a home-daily schedule that includes two consecutive days off weekly. Maintain a current Class A CDL with three months of recent experience, pass DOT physical and drug testing, and commute from a reliable personal vehicle to the 2701 Driver Road location. Earn an average of $1,280 weekly with top pay reaching $1,620 through band structures, mileage, and stop bonuses.
