Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify physical therapy needs following injury, illness, or surgery. Develop and implement effective treatment plans integrating exercise, manual therapy, and equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility. Adjust protocols based on ongoing assessments and maintain detailed documentation of patient responses. Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers on self-care strategies and assistive device usage. Stay current with field developments through workshops, continuing education, and professional networking. Work onsite in our Cypress, Florida outpatient office serving a diverse population including children, adults with chronic pain, and seniors. Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Florida
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competence in documentation software and general computer skills
- A flexible and adaptive approach to meet the changing needs of patients and the practice
