Job Summary
Assess patient objectives and create tailored treatment plans for orthopedic rehabilitation, managing a caseload of one patient per hour. Design and execute interventions using manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to enhance range of motion while minimizing medication reliance. Motivate patients through the recovery process and collaborate with physicians and specialists for integrated care strategies. Continuously evaluate progress and document treatments using WebPT EMR software. The role operates Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, within a state-of-the-art sports medicine facility in Denton, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current and valid Texas license as a Physical Therapist
- Clean professional record free of disciplinary actions
- Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Ability to design effective exercise protocols suitable for a variety of patients
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Experience with WebPT EMR software
- Experience in developing and implementing personalized fitness and wellness programs
