Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgical procedures. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercise regimens, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Monitor patient progress through detailed documentation and regularly reevaluate goals to align with evolving recovery needs. Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers on assistive devices and self-care practices. Stay current with industry advancements by attending workshops and continuing education programs. Requires a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid New Jersey license. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually with a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software for documentation and patient management
- A flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to the dynamic environment of a rehabilitation facility
