Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by healthcare providers to determine individual needs and treatment goals. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, administering therapies across orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine settings. Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment to monitor progress while maintaining meticulous documentation of encounters and treatment methodologies. Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork with physicians and specialists to maximize care effectiveness and provide patient education on recovery strategies. Serve a diverse population including individuals recovering from surgery, children requiring developmental rehabilitation, and those managing neurological disorders. This full-time role requires a DPT degree, state license, and two years of clinical experience, with a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
- Current CPR certification
- The ability to demonstrate proficiency in both verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with standard office software
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
