Job Summary
Dedicated Fleet Manager responsible for coaching and leadership to manage dedicated drivers, dispatching loads, ensuring on-time delivery, maximizing revenue and driver productivity, retaining drivers, and upholding safety and policy adherence. Duties include reviewing driver check calls, receiving and reviewing load assignments, dispatching loads with instructions, coordinating loading/delivery, communicating with customers, monitoring driver performance and home time, resolving driver conflicts and issues, maintaining driver records, and ensuring compliance with company goals and safety standards. Qualifications emphasize a four-year degree (preferably in Transportation/Logistics) and strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with computer applications and an assertive, courteous telephone presence. The role is with TMC Transportation, an employee-owned company delivering flatbed freight across the United States, with a comprehensive benefits package and ESOP ownership.
Required Qualifications
