Job Summary
Provide direct patient care including medication administration and treatments, complete intake screenings and ongoing health assessments, respond to medical needs, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Maintain accurate documentation and follow nursing protocols while helping create a safe, professional, and respectful care environment for an underserved population. This dedicated day shift role runs 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a rotating schedule including every other weekend. Sign on and retention bonuses are available for qualified LPNs.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
