Job Summary
CDL Class A Driver sought for solo, dedicated regional run with weekly home time. Driver will operate automatic transmission trucks, assist unloading trailers, and work directly on a dedicated route with Dollar Tree stores. Compensation ranges from $100,000–$109,000 annually plus incentives (sign-on bonus, potential winter driver bonus), with weekly payroll and comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K). New equipment and strong local support provided; 0.63 CPM with average ~1100 miles/week; $30 per stop, $0.11 per carton unloaded, $50 per back haul. Must be 21+, meet CDL A requirements, and have at least 4 months of driving experience.
