Carry out painting and decorating works for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, including applying first and second coats, retouches, and fillings following plastering. Paint ceilings, walls, and wooden boxing while protecting furniture in fully furnished properties. Complete at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day, maintaining a clean environment and adhering to site safety rules regarding fan heaters. Own your tools, hold a CSCS card, and possess basic H&S certifications including asbestos awareness. Maintain a UK right to work, full driving licence, and access to a vehicle.
