Requires a minimum high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of production experience, knowledge of production equipment, a valid forklift license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Work schedule involves 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off cycle; candidates should be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and possess strong teamwork and safety focus.
