Job Summary
Decorate and prep bakery products, including preparing, icing, and decorating cakes and other baked goods, tracing/copying drawings onto cakes, matching icing colors, and selecting decorating materials. Plan production in line with seasons and store promotions, maintain food safety standards, and provide friendly, customer-focused service. Must use precision hand tools, operate equipment, and stay current with cake decorating trends; ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum 18 years of age; education: high school diploma or GED; on-the-job training provided; food handler certification required; decorator certification desirable. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
