Job Summary
Decorate cakes and other baked goods for display or customer requests; trace/copy drawings onto cakes using templates or free-hand sketches; select decorating materials and tools; blend icing colors and judge color, texture, aroma, flavor, and taste; plan production in conjunction with seasons, store promotions, and community events; provide friendly, customer-service oriented assistance by greeting customers and fulfilling requests; maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures; operate department equipment; work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays; 18+ years of age (including requirements to operate or drive equipment).
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- six or more months of related experience preferred
- Food Handler certification required
