Job Summary
Decorate products with decals per customer request and maintain consistent workflow in the Decal department. Responsibilities include setting up/preparing, loading/positioning materials on holding fixtures or equipment, precise decal placement via hand-eye coordination, inspecting decorated items for print clarity and color accuracy, drying/setting decals on trays, wearing required PPE, ensuring high-quality output, maintaining a clean work area, supporting teamwork, and adhering to safety policies. Essential qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and hands-on experience in manufacturing with strong coordination and leadership, plus the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Medley, FL and is expected to work on-site.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in Manufacturing/Production Environment (preferred)
- Good hand-eye coordination (required)
- Results-oriented
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
