Decoration Manager

Job Summary
Drive graphic visitation for detailed decorations with design specialists and the Graphic Design organization to set clear decision paths between Design, Processing, and manufacturing. Maintain and develop decoration guidelines that protect process capability, print quality, and intended model expression while analyzing graphic flows to reduce risk and improve first-time-through performance. Build business cases and lead improvement projects for capability upgrades, automation, and smarter ways of working to ensure graphics mature to high quality on LEGO bricks produced at global sites. This role sits within R&D Processing Novelty Development, connecting Design to manufacturing to keep novelty flow moving.
Required Qualifications
- Technical education or hands-on experience in product development, design engineering or graphic production
- Experience with manufacturing print technologies in close partnership with design teams
- Comfortable using Adobe Illustrator to review graphics and discuss technical constraints
- Structured planning habits, with confidence turning learnings into documented clear procedures
- The position is based in Billund, DK
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with pad printing, tampo print, press methods or similar techniques
- Interest in Power BI, data insight and process digitalisation
