Job Summary
Drive sales budgets and deliver exceptional customer service by teaching and adhering to the P's of retail, including People, Product, Price, and Presentation. Strategically merchandise inventory, maintain presentation standards, and ensure safety through loss prevention protocols. Analyze business reports such as P&L and category performance to optimize merchandising, pricing, and stock levels. Supervise store associates by reviewing performance, training staff, and managing scheduling during peak traffic periods. Handle human resources, loss prevention, and inventory operations while interfacing with corporate headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years retail management experience
- Proven ability to direct operations
- Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter
- Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment adapting to change with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to increase the company's overall market share
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to stand

- Availability to work Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

- Availability to work Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Availability to work Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Pickup)
- Availability to work Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Pickup)
