Job Summary
Drive sales budgets and deliver exceptional customer service by teaching associates the P's of retail and ensuring store presentation standards. Strategically merchandize inventory, analyze business reports including P&L and category performance, and maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and shipping. Supervise store operations by scheduling peak coverage, reviewing associate performance, and administering disciplinary action for policy violations. Handle loss prevention issues, open and close the store, and interface with corporate headquarters. Conduct weekly competitive shops to optimize pricing and stock levels.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years retail management experience
- Proven ability to direct operations
- Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location
- Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to increase the company's overall market share
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects
- Ability to stand

- Availability to open and/or close the store
- Availability to work Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Availability to work Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Availability to work Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Availability to work Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Pickup)
- Availability to work Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Pickup)
- Availability to work Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Pickup)
