Job Summary
The Deckhand is responsible for the safe, efficient, reliable operation of assigned areas, building and breaking tows, maintaining the vessel, and ensuring safety regulations are followed. Key responsibilities include performing vessel maintenance, assisting with training of new employees, handling lines during docking activities, and complying with USCG and environmental regulations. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented team players, capable of working long hours and enduring unpredictable conditions.
