Deck Supervisor

Oversee the shift from start to finish by preparing the deck, leading pre- and post-shift meetings, and keeping lessons running on time. Coach Swim Instructors, Deck Assistants, and Lifeguards through direct observation and honest feedback while conducting periodic evaluations. Interact with parents at the end of every lesson to discuss student progress and ensure member satisfaction. Complete daily logs, monitor attendance, coordinate facility cleanliness, and arrange coverage for absent team members. Step in as a substitute Swim Instructor or Lifeguard when needed. Must be available for evening and weekend shifts with active Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
