Job Summary
Decision Platforms Manager at Bank of America responsible for influencing strategic direction and developing tactical plans to achieve goals through advanced coding and metadata management; provides support and technical leadership for platforms and operations; drives cross-channel client & prospect eligibility, targeting, and platform enablement to achieve program and strategic goals; interacts with senior leaders, translates business needs into technical requirements, and delivers comprehensive solutions to complex problems. Manages a team of decision engine analysts, oversees capacity and performance, coaches peers, leads large-scale platform projects, and independently drives initiatives from requirements to production implementation. Requires experience with Decision Engines (e.g., PowerCurve, ODM, Pega), SQL/SAS or similar programming, understanding of system integration, and Agile Delivery; minimum education - High School Diploma/ GED; salary range $142,800 - $159,600 annually.
