Job Summary
Decision Engineer to join Capital on Tap's decisioning team. Role supports building and maintaining the rules and logic that drive automated customer decisions, collaborating with Data Science, Credit, and Business Operations, monitoring decision performance, and fixing issues. Flexible work arrangement: remote, or in Cardiff or London offices. Strong emphasis on analytical mindset, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience working with decision engines or rules-based platforms
- SQL experience
- Python exposure
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- good communication skills
