Job Summary
Decision Center Associate responsible for resolving order issues, communicating with sellers and buyers, ensuring same-day shipment through the fulfillment flow, and triaging escalated orders. The role requires quick, accurate photography of sneakers, handling inventory and returns, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative team. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, prior customer/supplier interactions, ability to operate moving equipment, stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and work extended hours as needed. Based in Fontana, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
- Background in dealing directly with customers and suppliers
- Willing and able to operate carts, dollies and other moving equipment to move quantities of merchandise
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)
- Must be able to lift and move boxes (up to 35 pounds)
- Must be available and willing to work extended hours including weekends and holidays
