Job Summary
Decanter Operator on 2nd shift responsible for the safe operation of the finishers, heat exchangers and decanters; ensure CCP1 temperature and flow rate compliance, perform CIP on pasteurizers 1 & 2, change finisher bins, operate forklift, and move/process product through the decanting line in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. Must meet physical demands (lift up to 50 lbs, stairs, long periods standing) and follow SunRype Food Safety guidelines, GMPs, and proper lifting techniques. Education preferred: high school diploma or GED; experience preferred: minimum one year as a decanter operator; no licensure required.
