Deburrer / Mechanical Assembler (Late Shift)

Job Summary
Deburr and finish precision engineered components, carrying out mechanical assembly tasks while using hand tools and finishing equipment. Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met and support different areas of production as required. Operate on the Late Shift (Mon–Thu, 12:00pm–10:00pm) within a Stroud-based, permanent full-time role offering a 4-day working week and long weekends. Requires minimum 3 years’ experience in finishing or mechanical assembly, strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work accurately in a quality-driven manufacturing environment. Must be reliable, motivated, and a strong team player. Training and development opportunities provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a finishing (mechanical) environment and/or mechanical assembly
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Flexible and willing to support a variety of production tasks
- Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment
- Able to work accurately within a quality-driven manufacturing environment
