Job Summary
Deburrer performing detailed deburring and bench operations, including deburring tool preparation, cleaning, and minor adjustments; manual part marking (VibroPen) and engraving; component assembly/disassembly; surface finish enhancement; maintain logs and records, ensure clean, safe work areas, and collaborate with supervision, engineering, and shop personnel. Requires reading simple part drawings, using micrometers and dial calipers, and English communication; safety-sensitive role with potential weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must meet ITAR definition of US Person
- Must be able to read simple part drawings
- Must be able to use and read micrometers and dial calipers accurately
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Must be able to work all required hours which may include weekends
- MTI is a safety sensitive manufacturer; pre-employment drug testing will be required
- Must maintain an excellent attendance record
