Deburr Technician

Conduct deburring operations on machined parts using handheld rotary tools and automated systems. Inspect finished components for burrs, defects, or dimensional deviations using calipers, micrometers, and visual inspection techniques. Log quality data into the manufacturing tracking system and report recurring issues to the production supervisor. Perform routine maintenance on deburring equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols and ergonomic standards.
