Job Summary
Deburr Technician role in aerospace manufacturing. Responsibilities include performing precise deburring, following process instructions, inspecting work with basic inspection tools (go/no-go gauges, calipers), identifying non-conforming parts, reporting to supervisor, maintaining a clean workstation, and collaborating with management and teammates. Must safely operate high speed hand deburring tools, work with magnification/lighting, and handle overtime as production demands require. Requires 2+ years in OEM aerospace deburring and a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational certificate is a plus. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications

- 2 years of work experience in an OEM aerospace deburring
- Certificate from vocational school or college program is a plus
