Job Summary
Perform post-processing tasks including deburring, grinding, polishing, cleaning, and inspecting machined components for defects and dimensional accuracy. Use hand or power tools safely while maintaining a clean, organized work area and staging materials properly. Collaborate with machine operators and quality control to ensure efficient workflow, follow standard operating procedures, and document production activities. Assist in moving materials and finished goods within the production area. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality. Requires high school diploma, one to two years of manufacturing experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
