Job Summary
Support production and manufacturing by troubleshooting failed units from the line and analyzing design or production issues to recommend corrective actions. Compile failure analysis findings and reports daily, then document, track, and escalate issues using quality tools to drive root cause identification and resolution. Troubleshoot products during NPI/NPD and mass production while working with cross-functional teams to minimize debug WIP and track aging time. Analyze processes to recommend improvements that facilitate quality testing enhancements. Requires a university degree in Electronics and 2–3 years of technical background in the power supply industry.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or technical graduate major in Electronics
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Technical background and an understanding of the power supply industry
- A creative and considered approach to problem solving
- Good organisational skills, able to handle a broad and complex workload
- Clear, logical thought and a high attention to detail
- Experience in troubleshooting PCBA & using meters / equipment for measuring PCBA
- Relevant work experience in debug, repair and testing role
- Experience creating tests/repair for a wide range of electronic and electro-mechanical devices
- Experience in working as repair technician or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is an advantage
