Job Summary
Debug Technician sought to troubleshoot and repair failures, diagnose root causes, and recommend corrective action in a production/office environment. Responsibilities include testing server/computer trays, debugging and identifying root causes across multiple system levels, repairing failing devices, monitoring reliability tests, collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to resolve hardware issues down to the component level, documenting procedures and following SOPs, assisting with fabrication and development of new equipment and test programs, and supporting test engineers with station setup and related processes. Proficiency with Linux/UNIX, familiarity with switches and network equipment, and experience with computer hardware are expected. The role requires the ability to work under tight deadlines and to operate in an environment with basic safety precautions.”,
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read test logs
- Basic understanding of Linux/UNIX
- Ability to work with switches, network equipment
- Some experience with computer hardware like CPUs, NIC, Memory
- Must be able to adapt to stressful situations and complete projects under tight deadlines
