Job Summary
Junior Debt Recovery Specialist will manage a portfolio of overdue customer accounts, contact customers via phone and email regarding payments, set up and document payment plans, process payments and support cash allocation, and ensure accurate account reconciliation. The role supports collection targets and quality standards within Otovo’s European Operations Center, requiring 1–2 years in collections/billing/ar, fluency in French, Spanish and English, strong Excel skills, ERP familiarity (NetSuite a plus), and a customer-focused, detail-oriented approach in a hybrid, finance-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in collections, billing, or accounts receivable (or relevant internships)
- Fluency in French, Spanish and English
- Basic understanding of collection and reconciliation processes
- Confident with Excel; ERP experience (e.g. NetSuite) is a plus
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
