Job Summary
Manage daily debt recovery operations by contacting debtors via phone, letters, and email to investigate cases, agree on payment plans, and resolve disputes. Track key metrics including debtor contact rates, promise to pay fulfillment, and recovery rates while maintaining data integrity in Salesforce. Complete vulnerability reviews, support insolvency forms, allocate payments in accounting software, and submit investigations to the nominated recovery body. Update churn reports and adhere to compliance standards throughout the process.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in debt recovery or credit control
- Debt Recovery: 1 year
- Credit Control: 1 year
- Must be available for weekend working
- Some weekend working required
- 1 in 6 weekends
- Either Saturday or Sunday
- Monday to Friday 1:00pm - 10:00pm (UK time)
- Supporting our US customer base

Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of the debt recovery process
- Experience within a credit control environment
- Previous experience of Salesforce
- Previous experience dealing with multi-currencies
- Proficient in Excel
- Confident with VLOOKUPS
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage own workload
- Strong attention to detail
