Job Summary
Establish contact with consumers to discuss delinquencies and identify appropriate repayment programs. Record accurate notes, update account status and member information into the computer system, and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. Comply with Zwicker & Associates policies, FDCPA, and state consumer protection laws while performing other duties as assigned. The position requires above-average administrative and phone skills, strong negotiation and communication abilities, and the capacity to complete a 40-hour flexible workweek onsite in Hebron, KY.
