Responsibilities include managing patient balances, coordinating with admissions to align collections with financial agreements, initiating collection calls, handling high volumes of inquiries, arranging payments or payment plans, providing regular status updates to leadership, processing invoice and credit requests per collections guidelines, and collaborating across departments in the revenue cycle to ensure balances are ready for collections. Requires experience in healthcare-related billing or administration, knowledge of the No Surprises Act, strong confidentiality, strong math and communication skills, and attention to detail. Hybrid work arrangement with four days in the Nashville office and within a 75-minute commute.
