Debt Advisory Senior Associate

Job Summary
Support clients in arranging acquisition financing, refinancings, and restructuring processes while conducting financial and company analyses to build complex models and assess capital structures. Assist in preparing financing memoranda and management meetings, then participate in client meetings, lender negotiations, and transaction structuring discussions. Guide and review the work of junior analysts while collaborating closely with mid-level team members to execute diverse and challenging transactions. This role offers real responsibility from day one within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment focused on empowering entrepreneurs and investors with tailored debt solutions for growth and acquisitions.
Required Qualifications
- A master's degree in Finance or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance or investment banking, preferably in leveraged finance, structured finance, or debt advisory
- Native Dutch fluency
- strong command of written and verbal English
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
- A good understanding of financing structures, credit analysis, and LMA documentation
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
