Debriefer (Contract position) - CPT

Debrief daily collections and deliveries by balancing driver actions against adhoc and daily collection requests, confirming manifests, and escalating missed collections to management. Verify quality aspects of waybills and documentation, scan all records for billing copies, and attach PODs to delivery manifests before forwarding them to the Billing Department. Check stock labels, identify discrepancies, and capture return parcel reasons using specific codes while maintaining high housekeeping standards and adhering to POPI Act requirements.
