Debone Technician SS- Nights

Debone Technician role on a night-shift rotation. Core responsibilities include performing all positions on the Debone line, rotating to cut breasts and wings, pulling skin, using a saw, loading product, tray packing, and supporting team coordination and continuous improvement efforts. The position emphasizes participation in team meetings, adherence to Simmons operating systems and LEAN principles, maintaining quality and safety standards, and flexibility to take on other duties to support business objectives. Physical requirements include working in a cold environment (down to 40 degrees Fahrenheit), standing 8-10 hours, and performing tasks such as reaching, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion. PPE used includes waterproof footwear, gloves, apron, hearing protection, and hair net. Experience preference for poultry or food processing and welcoming veterans to join the team.
