DEBONE TECHNICIAN-Days

Debone Technician-Days drives production through rotating through line positions (cutting breasts, wings, skin removal, loading, tray packing) on a cold environment production line. Works as part of a team, supports development and implementation of team concepts and Lean/quality systems, attends team meetings, and communicates to leadership to maintain cohesiveness and improve processes. Must be able to stand/move for 8-10 hours, perform repetitive motions, and use PPE (waterproof footwear, gloves, apron, hearing protection, hair net) as required. Training emphasizes Simmons Operating Systems principles and objectives, adherence to company policies, and supporting business objectives. The role accepts as-needed duties beyond listed responsibilities and encourages proactive identification of issues and collaboration with the team leader to achieve synergy within the organization.
