Job Summary
Conduct all positions on the Debone line, rotating duties to include cutting breasts and wings, pulling skin, using a saw, loading product, and tray packing. Maintain team cohesiveness by attending meetings, communicating policies, and resolving issues to achieve organizational synergy. Operate within a cold environment down to 40 degrees Fahrenheit while standing or moving for 8-10 hours daily. Use required personal protective equipment including waterproof footwear, gloves, apron, and hearing protection. Apply Simmons operating systems principles regarding quality, security, and LEAN standards. Preference for poultry or food processing industry experience.

- Fluency in all Debone production work
