Job Summary
Lead large-scale, complex programs from initiation through completion, establishing governance structures and operational frameworks to drive business transformation and client success. Provide senior-level oversight of program execution, managing risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and budgets. Drive executive-level stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and client teams to influence cross-functional organizations and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends supporting strategic decisions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and delivery commitments. Mentor teams and build trusted client relationships throughout migration activities and post-implementation support.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise leading large, complex programs in financial services or financial technology environments
- Advanced knowledge of program management methodologies, governance models, and delivery frameworks
- Strong experience managing budgets, timelines, scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams
- Ability to analyze complex financial, operational, and performance data to drive strategic decisions
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Deep understanding of debit processing, payments, banking operations, or related financial technology domains
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and lead high-visibility business transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, professional training, and practical experience

Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading large client migration, conversion, or transformation programs
- Program or project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent

- Advanced proficiency with program portfolio management and reporting tools
- Experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams
