Job Summary
Senior Product Associate in the Branch Authentication & Identity Area Product team responsible for delivering authentication solutions (biometrics, digital onboarding, secure transactions) from concept through launch. Drives discovery, customer/employee insights, and agile deliverables (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria); collaborates with Product Owners, technical leads, and cross-functional partners; manages backlog, Jira/Confluence, QA/testing support, and prioritization to align with strategic objectives. Leverages user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap, analyzes product metrics across the development life cycle, and fosters an inclusive, collaborative culture while adapting to changing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- BA/BS or equivalent education/experience
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Translate customer and employee insights into agile deliverables by creating, documenting, and refining user stories and acceptance criteria
- Organize, prioritize, and multitask with strong attention to detail
- Lead through ambiguity and organizational change in fast paced, collaborative, cross functional settings while seeking and applying developmental feedback
