Job Summary
Analyze fraud and non-fraud disputes to identify potentially fraudulent situations and provide clear, concise debit dispute decisions within established guidelines. Process daily card control functions, including monitoring transmissions for errors and entering rush cards into the CPI system. Complete provisional credits to customer accounts as required and assist management in evaluating potential changes to fraud rules. Answer inquiries via help tickets and the Card Services phone queue while communicating with branch staff to gather documentation for dispute creation. Maintain thorough knowledge of governmental debit card regulations, Visa rules, and internal software processes.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all governmental debit card regulations and Visa rules.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all internal and external software and processes used for debit card processing.
Desired Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
