Job Summary
Dean of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy sought to provide strategic, collaborative, and innovative leadership. The Dean will oversee academic and research enterprise, advancement and development, personnel, compliance and risk management, and budget; lead fundraising and external partnerships; ensure compliance with university policies and accreditation standards; steward satellite campus operations; and drive innovation across AI integration, pharmacy education, industry collaborations, and workforce development while promoting a culture of authenticity, collegiality, and student/faculty/staff success. The role emphasizes strategic planning, partnership-building with industry and government, and advancing the School’s national and global standing.
Required Qualifications
